Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

A functional sleeping area features a spacious, neatly arranged bed with a patterned coverlet. A small kitchenette is present with a microwave and coffee maker, and light streams in through the open door leading to a private outdoor space.
