Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

With its 3 bedrooms, this gîte can accommodate 2 to 6 people, and offers a warm atmosphere between natural wood and light for a relaxing and authentic stay.

Welcome to our former 19th century farmhouse ideally located overlooking the village of Saint Avit Senieur with its UNESCO World Heritage abbey. The gîte is equipped with a hot tub, a games room (table football, table tennis and billiards), 8 bicycles, and for babies: a cot with side rails, a high chair, a changing mat, a baby bath, a sandpit, a swing, and a bicycle with a baby carrier. Optional: - Household linen: €15/bed + €10/person (towel set) - Cleaning fee: €100

Cozy town centre cottage

A newly renovated cottage in a lovely Dordogne 'bastide' village with access (NOT ON THE PROPERTY BUT 2 MINUTES WALK AWAY) to a lovely part shaded garden. We have re-designed the house to create a lovely kitchen/dining room space with a huge window facing east for the morning sun and an open plan lounge with a wood burner to keep the whole house warm and light. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom . THERE IS NO OUTDOOR SPACE ON PROPERTY.
