We are also 10 minutes from Terra Botanica, the plant park, and 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. The studio has private access on the side of our house, not overlooked. This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
