La Berthussie is situated at the edge of Cussac, a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve: soft hills, lakes, historical sites, and lovely walking trails. Our peaceful and spacious house of 240 sq. m can easily host a family of 8. It is surrounded by a vast mature garden, a private pond just 50m from the house, a chestnut orchard and fruit trees. The supermarket is 5 minute walking distance, as are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square.

Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
