Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Benoît

Had a pleasant stay at Thomas's apartment. Everything was as described. Well-equipped kitchen, crockery and kitchen accessories in perfect condition. We recommend this apartment to stay in Poitiers, a city within walking distance. The garage is a plus. Thank you for letting us know about the Pictave guinguette: we had a nice time there.

Spacious and functional apartment, quiet environment. Close to a convenience store and green spaces. We were able to check in early and check out later, in agreement with Agathe. We will definitely return to this accommodation, if you need to return to Poitiers.

My children and I had a pleasant stay. I would recommend the accommodation, very welcoming and very friendly host. Lots to do in Lussac, the castles, but also in the surrounding area.

Welcoming, comfortable and tastefully decorated home. A little complicated to park nearby to unload luggage. The parking lot of the city hall is 200 meters away. Otherwise to visit Poitiers on foot it's great...

A very pleasant stay at Baptiste's in a typical accommodation, very comfortable, very clean and very well equipped. There's nothing missing! Everything has been thought out to make life easier for tenants. We were easily able to park, restaurants are just around the corner… really great!

I took this accommodation alone for a professional assignment in Poitiers. The apartment was nice! Instructions for retrieving clear keys. Very functional wifi, very decent sofa bed even if the pillows are a little small (I stacked both to sleep). For 2 if you don't make a large kitchen it's enough. Not overlooked, well exposed and bright apartment. I keep the address in my notebook!

We had a pleasant stay, the best part of course was the pool. We highly recommend this place for visiting the futuroscope.

Very good accommodation especially to go to futuroscope. 10 min walk and easy to get to. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Laura is very pleasant and responsive. Just a small downside for the bedding that we found hard, but otherwise the rest was perfect.

Very good accommodation, clean, easy to access and very comfortable. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and we felt very good there. It took us 10 minutes by car to get to Futuroscope. I would highly recommend. Thanks for the quick communication too:)

Nice well arranged accommodation, quiet, spacious, well equipped (with among other things a dishwasher and a washing machine) and very clean, with bed sheets, towels and parking space included. City center easily accessible on foot (about 30min). Pleasant host very responsive and accommodating if needed.

Excellent! We are from La Rochelle and it is true that we do not have this at this rate! The place is super quiet! Everything is clean up to the terrace to make parts of Uno. 😍 The bedding is great and I fell in love with laundry! We'll be back for sure! Lolita is great! Recommended +++

We rented this place for a family of 5. Each room was separate, the apartment is exactly as pictured and very clean. It is ideally located close to restaurants, from the square in short we will come back to it when we have to come to Poitiers.

Nice accomodation and good location to go to the futuroscope. The Jacuzzi is a real plus for a relaxing moment. 😁 Self check-in was a plus for a late check-in.

A cozy apartment, perfectly equipped for a short or medium stay. Very clean, with a comfortable bed for restful nights. The balneo bath is a real plus, offering a very pleasant moment of relaxation. The apartment is easily accessible and located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. I would highly recommend it!

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!

Ideally located next to Poitiers and close to Futuroscope Caroline is a responsive, kind and helpful host ++ +, who has moved a little love nest perfect for couples! Recommended + +++, really extra.

We stayed one night in Marie's very nice apartment with our two daughters of 18 months and 3 and a half years. Marie had kindly provided us with a bed umbrella. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house, easy to access, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The decor was very tasteful and the place was very clean. Recommended!
