Very welcoming house, classified furnished tourist accommodation ***, with a capacity of 24 sleeping over 242m2, with private parking and garden, located in Villard Laté, a small authentic and extremely quiet village. Built in the 1600s, the house, completely restored and decorated with old family heirlooms, offers the charm and warmth of mountain residences of yesteryear. 600m away from the center of the resort, a free shuttle located 200m away will drop you off at the start of the slopes

The chalet Melezor, conceived for your holydays can host up to 15 people. Thanks to its 210 square meter there will be plenty of space for everyone. The peacefull neigborhood and the sunny location will allow you to enjoy the patio, backyard, hot tub and for the kids the trampoline. Only located 650 meters away from the ski area and 150 meter away from the bus stop, you will be in the center of Serre Chevalier Valley 1350. The Chalet Melezor is brand new and functional since June 2017.

Very close and overlooking the village of Vallouise, the bright and very comfortable Marie's chalet designed by an architect, is surrounded by a beautiful mountain garden, you will be quiet, inside as outside you will enjoy the view of a soothing mountain, the exhibition will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. Although a 5-minute walk from the center of the village and its amenities, the place is very quiet. The large living room is decorated with a stove for your winter evenings.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to late March, due to snow, the climb is only by hiking, allow a maximum of 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
