The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

Le festival de Poupet est situé à 15 mn et celui du Hellfest à 30 mn. Aux alentours proches vous avez le Parc oriental de Maulévrier, le château Colbert et son magnifique jardin potager.

Come and enjoy a comfortable and fully renovated 25 m2 studio less than 15 minutes from Puy du Fou. We can accommodate two adults in a large bed and up to two children thanks to the sofa that converts into a bed. You will have a kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle and coffee machine. Of course, every morning we will be happy to offer you breakfast.
