Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

"La Maisonnette" Gîte 4 people

"La Maisonnette" small duplex cottage with a private courtyard for 4 people max (2 adults and 2 children). The ground floor bedroom offers a double bed. Two small mezzanines overlook the living room and each offer 1 bed of 90 cm. These 2 under-slope spaces will be appreciated by children (provided they manage the steps). An equipped kitchen is open to the living room. Bathroom and toilet complete the space. Swimming pool open from May to September. Space too small to add a crib.

Pasteur Gîte 2 people

Located near the Sarthe River, in an authentic countryside setting, 5 km from the city center of Sablé-sur-Sarthe, the site has a long historical past. From a fortified farm, the site became a Logis with the addition of a chapel in the 17th century, a dovecote in the 18th century and agricultural buildings in the 19th century which transformed it into a small farm. With an area of 43 m² on 1 level, the Pasteur gîte can accommodate 4 people maximum and is equipped for PRM.

La salle de bain est composée d'une douche, d'une machine à laver, d'un plan vasque et de rangements. Elle dispose de 4 chambres accueillant jusqu'à 8 couchages. La maison dispose d'un toilette séparé de la salle de bain.

Fontenelle: quiet between springs and stream

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor, completely refurbished, will make you fall in love. As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140 x 190 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
