It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

The owner lives in the chalet above, but the gîte is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. Parking for 2 cars. Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. To get to the apartment, you will have to cross the lawn for 30m then you will access the terrace of your accommodation. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with French windows opening onto a terrace. You will be located 15 minutes from the lake and at the foot of numerous hiking trails. Annecy is 27km away.
