This 54 square meter flat is the ground floor of a 1960's house it carries a private 50 square meter yard to eat and/or relax. The passage were the house is has no traffic. The beach is just around the corner 50 meters away. You may park in the entry of the house (provided you do not block access to the back...) or in front or aside. Ronce has restaurants, bars,stores and a dayly market few minutes away. You'll edge a state forest of pine and oak trees and stay at the gateway of the wild coast!

The Plage des Minimes is a 15-minute walk away, and on the other side is Plage d'Aytre with its pebbles, ideal for long bike rides to Chatelaillon, about 24 km there and back, but arriving at this beach with its fine sand is worth the trip. Night markets at Les Minimes on some summer evenings....

On a surface of 100 m2: 1 living room, 2 bedrooms (1 parental bedroom and a dormitory), 1 large kitchen, 1 bathroom and a terrace. You are comfortable up to 6 but the commodities allow you to be a little more numerous. Bed linen and towels provided.
