Large living room with high-end convertible sofa bed, independent kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, "Dolce Gusto" espresso machine, Two bedrooms with respectively a large bed of one meter 60 and two separate beds. A large bathroom with sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. Cupboards and storage. Large veranda with sea view furnished with garden furniture and table for lunch. Bike storage Modern and neat decor. Great comfort.

Facing the Sea Corniche Vendéenne

T3 completely renovated in June 2025, facing the sea on the Vendée Corniche between St Gilles Croix de Vie and Le Bourg de Sion sur Océan. The beach, walks at the foot of the apartment, Sion shops less than 1 km away, St Gilles train station less than 3.5 km away. A panoramic view of the sea. Please note, the balcony is unfortunately not accessible this summer due to a problem with a railing of an apartment equipped with a loggia (which is not our case).

Welcome to our beautiful region. You will be 900 m from the beaches and close to all the shops. There are many activities, amusement or theme parks, markets etc... The studio is bright. It is next to our house. Fitted and equipped kitchen, 1 140 cm bed in the mezzanine and 2 new sofa beds (click clack and BZ) and walk-in shower, separate toilet. You can eat outside, parking in front of the studio. No pets allowed except in exceptional cases + €5/day

We are waiting for you to have a pleasant stay on the Vendée coast. At the foot of the apartment between dunes and sea, you can enjoy pleasant walks. Bars, shops and entertainment in summer season (April to September) nearby. The apartment is decorated in a simple and elegant style, and the layout is functional. The bed in the bedroom is of hotel quality. Meals in the loggia will be pleasant memories with the dunes and sea views.
