Everything can be reached on foot or by bike (Velodyssée nearby), with the option to store bikes in a sheltered area. You will be a 10-minute walk from the centre of St Gilles Croix de Vie.

Boisvinet family home, summer/winter

House in the Boisvinet neighborhood, close to shops and beach, as pleasant in winter as in summer. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a walk-in shower, 2 toilets including a separate one as well as large storage. The kitchen is equipped and was made by a cabinetmaker. 2 gardens at the front and rear of the house with garden furniture and BBQ. We were still living there very recently. Possibility of long-term rental at a reduced price outside the summer season.

At the end of a private road, ideally located in the village of Sion, 30 metres from the market (Tuesdays and Fridays), shops, restaurants, cycle and pedestrian paths, 150 metres from the supervised beach, the water sports centre, concerts, the Corniche Vendéenne, 200 metres from the state forest, the bowling alley, laser tag, club moving... New house, very well equipped (air conditioning, an American fridge with ice maker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer).
