Nice house with large terrace that can accommodate 4 people. Renovated at the beginning of 2022, it is located in St Hilaire de Riez, in a residential area. The railway is close, but the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located less than 2 km from the beautiful beaches (Pelle à Porteau and Boisvinet...), the Corniche Vendéenne and shops. The house is attached to its twin (house with garden) that we rent for 4 people as well.
