Superb duplex sea view of 68 m2 (3 bedrooms) renovated, cozy and atypical on the Vendée corniche classified UNESCO. 3 minutes walk from all the shops of Sion. Very well equipped. Attention: Duplex not suitable for people with disabilities. Other important remarks: LARGE GARAGE closed and secure in the residence, possibility of a second on request sufficiently anticipated.
