It has 1 room and an open mezzanine on the upper floor and on the ground floor a spacious living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. The house lacks nothing: Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, iron/board...etc.

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
