The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

Located between Limoges (10 min) and the site of Oradour sur Glane, you can enjoy the calm and charm of the Limousin countryside, while being close to the capital of porcelain. 50 meters away, you will have access to the beautiful Pennevayre park as well as local shops. The house has 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, a garage and a courtyard. The house is AIR-CONDITIONED.

On one level and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From 1 October to 1 May, a fixed price of €15/night is requested for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time: from 5 p.m. and check-out time: before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.
