Our cottage, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small preserved hamlet between the sea 10 minutes' walk away and the countryside around the cottage. The cottage is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700m from the beach, GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the horse club and the balneotherapy center "Prévithal". From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Ideal house for 3 couples. It is located at the end of a private garden path. Bright and quiet, close to the path beach and shops. On the ground floor, a cosy living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor: a bedroom with its private bathroom/toilet. On the 2nd: two charming bedrooms on the low ceiling (1.92m max) Washing machine drying in the laundry room.
