Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

A Charentais farmhouse in its own juice. Old materials such as old stones were preserved during the renovation. The comfort of underfloor heating has been added. The gîte comprises of: a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 sleeping areas and a separate bedroom. The living room sofa can turn into a bed Parking and Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included. Kids friendly, children's games and books can be added on request for your children's enjoyment.

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable accommodation for short or long stays. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games, go fishing or take a walk in nature (park, forest, vineyard). Breakfast and massages available. We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
