Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

In the pretty village of La Couarde in the center of Ile de Ré, along the Impasse des Vignes aux Folies, 2 bedroom house, (sheets and towels provided), furnished in the style of Ile de Ré with a pleasant living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Very flowery garden, with deckchairs, and terrace to have your meals in the shade of olive trees. In the heart of the bike paths, 300 m from the beach, shops and the Ré bus stop. Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

The house "Coquillette" is located in the heart of the municipality of Saint Martin, a short walk to its port, market and restaurants, and shopping alleys. Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.
