La maison Coquillette se situe en plein coeur de la commune de St Martin, à deux pas de son port, de son marché et restaurants, et des ses ruelles commerçantes. Vous découvrirez en vous aventurant dans la rue Mérindot, une rue fleurie au charme typique Rétais. Ancien restaurant "Le pot de vinière" jusqu'en 1955 la maison est devenue familiale depuis cette date. Les propriétaires, désireux de conserver le charme désuet de cette maison l'ont entièrement rénovée en 2021.
