Close to the Sèvre Niortaise, you can discover the Poitevin marsh and many other diverse and varied activities. We are ideally located 1 hour from La Rochelle, Futuroscope and Puy du Fou! The cottage can accommodate you with family, friends, for work meetings or gala evening!

The sofa bed is new and very comfortable (I tested it :)) Very central, you will be a 5-minute walk from the market, the abbey and the ENSOA. Close to all shops, you can do anything on foot. Only 1.1 km from the SNCF train station, it will take you about 15 minutes to get there.

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
