Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint Matthews

This is the perfect place for families with little kids! They have so many toys and our littles had such a blast. They also have a booster seat, kids plates/cups/utensils, step stool etc. They thought of everything! We even forgot our stroller and Jordan brought one right over for us to use! The place was super clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The adults especially loved the movie room. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jordan!

We had a great stay here during our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Very clean, spacious, and quiet. Location was also perfect, right near the highway so we could get to the Expo center easily. Brandon is a great host. We would stay here again!

This was my first time visiting Kentucky and this Airbnb was amazing. Chose to the city but far enough for orange and quiet.

This was by far the best AirBnB my family has ever stayed in! From check-in to check-out Nicole was such a perfect host. The amenities at the peppermint cottage were absolutely perfect and all of the children’s items were SO helpful! We had the best week and will absolutely try to stay here again when in the area!

This was my second time at progress park and we stated in the 502 house for my Daughters Birthday! Even though it rained all weekend, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the outdoors! The game room in the basement was a lifesaver!!! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean! The owners were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I was looking for the password for the TV in the living room and had an immediate response after reaching out. No issues at all!!

The River House was so beautiful! We had 2 families with kids ranging from 8 months to 17 years old. There was space for everyone without feeling like we were on top of one another. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook there if needed, including plenty of seasonings and condiments. There was also a nice lawn to play on. The porch was perfect and our favorite part of the whole house; we loved watching the shopping barges! There were really no downsides to this house, we loved our stay!

Luke and Katie are great hosts. They responded quickly to all of your questions and we couldn't have asked for more. Their place is a stylish older home with lots of charm, it's comfortable, well stocked with essentials including HOT water and good water pressure (not always the case, right?). The kitchen is awesome, and the house is located close to all the venues, fabulous downtown shops, and amazing restaurants. Our group of 6 had such an enjoyable time sitting on the front porch and relaxing with a hot cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Walking around the pleasant, tree lined neighborhoods and admiring the various architectural styles of the homes was entertaining too. If you are planning a trip to Louisville, Luke and Katie's place is a fantastic option.

The place was really clean and exactly as described. Lot of thought was put in the interior and setting up of the place. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. If we are back in Louisville, we will definitely would love to stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

I absolutely adored my stay this weekend! Such a cute Air Bnb very centrally located by all the amazing shops and restaurants in the Nulu area. We definitely will reserve this Air Bnb next time we are in town!

safe and secure. one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. the host was very accommodating and communicative. it's kind of noisy. you can hear people walking around upstairs, traffic, and people making noise in the courtyard. also, the parking garage is very tiny, and will have your heart rate heavily increase if you have a bigger vehicle and/or are not an experienced driver so be ready for that.

Cute upstairs apartment. Nice place to stay. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. If I'm in the area again for a weekend I will definitely stay here.

I had a wonderful stay with Bethany. She was responsive and understanding of anything I asked. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. I appreciate her letting me stay in her air bnb. I would definitely rebook with her.

Lisa's place is absolutely lovely. A huge double-sized room with a big, comfortable bed, sitting area, dining area, great windows and kitchenette made it so much more than a hotel room. The place is charming with great decor from the record store downstairs. The restaurants in the neighborhood were fabulous, we walked to dinner and brunch. Lisa communicated everything we needed, and was extremely helpful. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

This place is awesome! Tucked into a sweet little neighborhood, this basement apartment is perfect for quick stop in. The neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a variety of home styles and makes a wonderful tour of the area. Monniker brewing is in walking distance and was a great recommendation by the host. Definitely a great place to stay.

Exactly as advertised! Not only would I recommend without hesitation; I expect to book it many more times in the coming years on return trips to Louisville. Spacious, comfortable & great location. Thanks, Matt—your place met all our needs and surpassed all expectations!

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

Matt was responsive and helped out when needed. Place was clean and a unique spot, also close (walking distance) to a lot of locations worth visiting.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Louisville - Walked several blocks on 4th, ate an excellent pizza at the Sicilian Restaurant, and went to the Palace Theater to see Alison Kraus on the first leg of what may be her last tour. The condo was spotless and well appointed, so we were happy to 'hang out' there as well. I would heartily recommend this condo. A great mini-vacation!

We had a great stay! Comfortable, clean and easy to check in and get around. Easy walk to conference center and restaurants. I would recommend!

Great place for up to 5 persons, but still a great deal for as few as 1 person. Extra perks such as a record player, literature, and partial access to streaming services on the TV. Close to downtown by car, and pedestrian-friendly— lots of walking areas and nearby green space.
