There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Accommodation located 40 minutes from LIMOGES, 10 minutes from BELLAC with restaurant, supermarket and municipal swimming pool, and 30 minutes from LAKE SAINT-PARDOUX which offers 3 sandy beaches, equipped with multisport grounds, playground and picnic area. Swimming supervised in July and August. A practical guide will be available in the cottage for more outings!!

A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from 6 October to 21 April) and garden furniture allows guests to enjoy the sun; it is accessed via the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
