come and discover this charming 140 m2 Charentais house located in the heart of the Grande Champagne that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby with views of the countryside and vineyards in Juillac-le-Coq, which is 15 min from Cognac, 5 min from Segonzac. A few steps away, white paths invite you to long walks by bike or on foot. Electric bikes and mountain bikes are available nearby, with the possibility of direct delivery to the accommodation to explore the local area.

In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

Criteuil la Magdeleine: lovely place

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with the vineyards in perspective. It has one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
