In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

A Charentais farmhouse in its own juice. Old materials such as old stones were preserved during the renovation. The comfort of underfloor heating has been added. Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with the vineyards in perspective. It has one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is about an hour away. Quality restaurant in the village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It's a very simple but well-equipped place to stay.
