Fully equipped and nicely decorated accommodation of 30m2. Two sunny balconies all day long . With a breathtaking view of the sea and the Cordouan lighthouse. Beautiful view of the Grande Conche beach and the bay of Royan. Parking space no. 6, cellar for bikes, a nice little park with direct access to the beach. 5 min from the station and Royan center by car. Everything can be done on foot. First floor with elevator, very quiet NO Wi-Fi. Small dogs accepted.

Featuring 3 bedrooms with built-in closets (2 beds of 160 and 1 bed of 140), as well as a sleeping area with a bed of 80, a bathroom, a toilet. Our house can accommodate up to 7 people! Guests can take advantage of the heated 9x4 swimming pool, our garden furniture and sunbeds will be at your disposal! The beach is 1600m away and shops are 1200m away!
