Beautiful views of the beach of La Grande Conche and the bay of Royan . Parking space, cellar for bikes, a pleasant little park with direct access to the beach. 5 min from the station and Royan center by car. Everything can be done on foot. First floor with elevator, very quiet NO Wi-Fi. Small dogs accepted.

Our 57m2 apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Royan, to enjoy the seaside city all year round. It is located facing the sea, on the 2nd floor of the mythical Front de Mer residence, accessible by wide stairs or the small elevator (not suitable for people with reduced mobility) We are a short walk to the market, church, shops, beach and harbor. From the large balcony, you will enjoy 180 degree views of the beach, the park, the port and the sea!
