Enjoy stylish accommodation close to the beaches and amenities, with private parking. Located on the 3rd floor with a lift, the flat has been fully renovated. On the first floor, there is a kitchen-dining room opening onto a balcony, a living room with a removable partition that can be converted into a bedroom, and a new bathroom with a large shower and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are 2 sleeping areas with double beds (one is enclosed and the other is on a mezzanine level). Please note: The staircase leading to the sleeping areas is steep.

It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

Studio on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator in the city center, quiet street, double glazed windows, motorized shutters. Preview park and market view, shops and cinema 1 minute walk, beaches and lake 5 minutes walk. Presence of a bike storage room, with two men's and women's bikes available. We do our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and wearing masks when you arrive.

Private access to the beach and walk path which joins St Palais and the ocean beaches. Renovation done in 2023. Fully equipped kitchen. Linen not provided but available on request. Access to the residence's garden to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves!
