Studio on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator in the city center, quiet street, double glazed windows, motorized shutters. Preview park and market view, shops and cinema 1 minute walk, beaches and lake 5 minutes walk. Presence of a bike storage room, with two men's and women's bikes available. We do our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and wearing masks when you arrive.

This pretty little house is perfect for hosting two to three people. It is 250 meters from St Palais beach, public transport, restaurants, bike paths, beach clubs, sailing. St Palais is a lovely village where it's nice to come and rest and enjoy the long seaside trails and beautiful pine and oak forests. This is also a great place to enjoy nightlife (bars, nightclub).
