Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin and offers Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a cupboard, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a proper 18-cm mattress), a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, and a shower room with a separate shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

Between the Loire and the Loir, Le 23 is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Paterne-Racan, close to shops (bakery and bread machine, restaurant, grocer's, bar, tobacconist's, pharmacy, doctors, train station, buses). 15 minutes away you will find 2 supermarkets. 7 min walk, park with children's games (in summer, the municipal swimming pool will welcome you there). Close to the Chateaux de La Loire, between Tours and Le Mans (Papéa, Zoo de La Flèche). Departure from hiking and biking.

A house with character in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Between the Loire with its castles and the Loir with its many tourist sites, Thierry and Jean welcome you to a gîte classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, independent and tastefully renovated, with a living area of 92 m2 on 2 levels, 5 beds, with terraces. It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Very quiet neighborhood at the entrance to the village next to a 15th century chapel.
