This beautiful house is only a 2 minute walk away from the lake and grocery stores. A little corner of heaven in the Landes located between Mimizan beach (20min) and Biscarrosse beach (30min). The house is very well equipped for the little ones, as well as for the adults .

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
