The location of Emmanuelle's property is priceless-- a five to ten minute walk from all of historical sites, brand name shopping and friendly nightlife. The apartment is a fully modernised, large suite in a building of historical interest. It is airy, sunny and well organised. The rooms are spacious and spotless. There is high value for money. The host is gracious far beyond any typical level. She is an excellent communicator, and was attentive to every question and concern. She truly made our stay in Tours exceptionally smooth and fulfilling. We strongly recommend the host and her property: she is a leader in providing the best in the Airbnb experience.

The house is comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The host is very helpful and has provided us with all the directions.

Very nice apartment, well located (the city center of Tours is within walking distance) and well equipped. The parking is underground and secure. Pascal and Fabienne are responsive and adaptable to the check-in time. I would recommend this place for a stay in Tours.

Do not hesitate to book Lionel's place which is functional and very well maintained. We also appreciated its location close to the train station, and the tranquility of the place, but still close to restaurants and others. Tours is a city full of surprises, and we enjoyed discovering its heritage.

The place was perfect. Close to the banks of the Loire and 5 minutes from the city center by car, about 15 minutes by foot along a beautiful tree-lined avenue. Well-equipped accommodation and friendly welcome, it's very appreciated.

Apartment where it is lovely to stay. Very clean accommodation, true to the description, well insulated so no noise (because busy street below), comfortable bedding. Four weeks of workation - it was simply awesome. The room was even big enough for two people and very tastefully decorated. The chamber with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, Vapoo cleaner was extremely practical. We felt very comfortable there. The value for money was unbeatable. We also liked the somewhat remote location, took the tram to the city or walked down. Dear Marlene, thank you very much.

The place was clean and tidy, we had a lovely stay even if it was very short. Pretty garden with lots of outdoor furniture. Proximity to other listings should be taken into account. The apartment was easily accessible by car.
