Welcome to this very bright and air-conditioned townhouse of 65 m2! You will love its high terrace with artificial lawn, facing south of 25m2 not overlooked. It consists of a bike room and an entrance to the ground floor with closet and stairs. Upstairs: dressing room and storage, separate toilet, 1ch with 140 bed, and the other 2 beds 90. Living room with fold-out sofa in 140. Located 50 m from shops, 5 min walk from the tgv station, quiet on a one-way street with little passage.
