300 m from the beach, 150 m from the port and the shopping street, the house is ideally located whether on foot or by bike. The recently fully renovated house has a large enclosed garden. The house is composed of: On the ground floor, a large living space (45 m2) with an open kitchen, overlooking a beautiful terrace allows you to enjoy the calm and light. (1 powder room) Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The house is very well-equipped and has ample parking.

During the summer, I offer my primary residence. Located close to the market of St Pierre d'Oléron, you can enjoy all the amenities on foot or by bike. Composed of a large living room and an open kitchen, you will also find two bedrooms, one of which is under the roofs. Each with its own dressing room. The shower room is small but its spacious shower will make you forget this detail. A small common courtyard will allow you to store your bikes to leave the car in the parking lot.

Renovated, comfortable and quiet cottage for 4/6 people on the edge of the Saumonards forest (many running and mountain biking trails). Shops and port 500 meters away. Large beach of Boyardville facing Fort Boyard 800 meters away. You can do anything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.

Located in La Cotinière in a quiet residence, this house will be perfect for vacations with family or friends. The south side garden at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy the sun for a nap, an aperitif or a barbecue. You will be 200 m from the city center, 300 m from the beach and the port of La Cotinière. No need for the car, you can rent bikes and enjoy long walks thanks to its bike paths crossing the whole island of Oleron.
