Studio with private entrance adjoining our house (we live there with our 3 children in joy and good humour, it is possible to hear them!) It has an attic room (maximum height 1.90 m, minimum 1.50 m) Watch your head! Queen size bed (160x200) with new mattress June 2025. Accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase. L'ânerie d'Amée

800 meters from the beaches and the port of Cotinière, in a small typical Oleron alley, between an old well and its hollyhocks, is a small donkey farm renovated into a guest room with its bathroom and private patio. La Cotinière on foot through fields, bike paths from 300 meters, the stop for our "special beach" summer shuttle 200 meters away. Quiet, the donkey farm is a nice starting point for discovering the island.
