We had a wonderful time in Binic. The house is comfortable, spacious, very well equipped, ideally located. The enclosed garden, the terrace sheltered from the wind, the summer kitchen allow you to take meals outside, enjoy the sun and outdoor games with the children. The ability to park the car in the garden driveway is not insignificant! We sincerely thank our hosts for their considerate hosting, their availability, their attention. The house is large, nicely decorated and very comfy. There is nothing missing in terms of kitchen utensils and other amenities. We felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come back. :-)

A nice contemporary house located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of St Brieuc. Well-equipped. Parking space in the yard and possible to park on the street. Quality bedding. Small pretty garden. and great hospitality by Marie claire.

Very good rental, very functional and very clean, as described. A pleasant garden, a sports field and children's games 2 min walk away, as well as a small grocery store, bakery and coffee shop. Very convenient location for visiting the area.

The little Gite was a lovely peaceful place to spend Christmas. Not far from the cost or local fishing harbour. Perfect for a very romantic Christmas
