The location is ideal in the heart of Saint Raphael in one of the only pedestrian streets in the city center (without noise and traffic nuisances) 1 min from the beach, shops, restaurants, market, night market, taxi , TGV station, car rental etc... There are 2 paid indoor car parks around the apartment and a free one a little further along the waterfront.

This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large garden of the owners (charming couple). We reside in Santa Lucia Park, residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. There is no overlap. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palms, turtles, cats, shade, sun, pool ( to share)...
