Within walking distance (about 600 m) is the river Le Gartempe, where there are plenty of places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also indulge. For the mountain biker (possibly available), touring cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the countryside. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. Upstairs both bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms. The pretty gardens are home to numerous fruit and nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens & cats

We have a modern 2 bedroom Gite, fully equipped and self contained. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom is a twin (two single beds). The kitchen diner comes with all the kitchen equipment included and a working wood burning stove. Situated in its own grounds, with a large in ground swimming pool. Located between Bellac & Le Dorat and only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. A perfect getaway retreat! We also have a one bedroom apartment upstairs sleeping an additional 2 people.

Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.
