Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and towels can be rented (please let me know in advance). Covered terrace; pets not allowed; non-smoking property.

The Belvédère des Cotilles

Châteauponsac, known as the Pearl of the Gartempe, is a fortified village, built on a rocky outcrop. The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. In a restored old farmhouse on 1.7 ha, the 3-star cottage is quietly located on the edge of a small village in the Limousine countryside, the land of forests and water. With easy access (4 min from A20 exit 23), 10 min from all amenities, you are also 25 min from Limoges, 1 hr from Poitiers, 1.5 hr from Angoulême, 2 hr from Clermont-Ferrand, 2 hr 40 min from Bordeaux, 2 hr 50 min from La Rochelle, Royan, 3 hr from Paris.

Country House

You will stay in the extension of our country house. You will find everything you need for a quiet stay. Spacious accommodation with a kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a sofa bed downstairs ideal for children and an open mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room with terrace access. We don't have air conditioning. We are close to a farming business.

Suite 1925 also offers a Retro Chic bar decorated with vintage objects from the early 20th century and a terrace with a panoramic view of the countryside.
