Welcome to La Clairière! Halfway between the forest and the beaches & lakes of the Landes, the house is located in the Bourg de Biscarrosse, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Newly renovated, the house has all the comforts (heated pool, private garden, home automation, air conditioning, roller shutters, petanque court, teleworking area with screen, USB-C, etc.). Cleaning is also provided before/after each booking. This also includes sheets and bathroom linen (as well as tea towels, etc.).

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, heated salt pool (from late April to October) outdoor space to relax and eat with family or friends. This beautiful house is only a 2-minute walk from the lake and grocery stores. A little piece of heaven in the Landes located between Mimizan beach (20 min) and Biscarrosse beach (30 min). The house is very well equipped for children, as well as adults.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool.
