Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Captain ´s Suite

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Also in autumn and winter! The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.
