Monthly Rentals in Salem

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

This is a really great place to stay. Very well located, high in coziness, pretty views of the neighborhood. Donna is a great host.

Rebecca was an amazing host. She was responsive, accommodating and helpful. She allowed us a late check out after we got in quite late, she recommended local spots for food and she was always available for any questions we had. The home had everything we needed for the night and being pet friendly was a huge plus! There were snacks available, dog poop bags, a tennis ball and bowl for the dogs as well. Ample parking as we are traveling with a truck and U-Haul. I love a place where you don’t have a laundry list of check out items to worry about and this is one of those places. Easy in and easy out. Great stay and would highly recommend.
