Pleasant studio in our house for a great stay. Private entrance. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Small equipped and functional kitchen. Queen size bed (160x200). 140 flat screen wall TV. First breakfast included (coffee, tea, milk, pastries, jam, butter and juice). Linens are available. Sales is a very quiet little village located between two lakes: Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget (30-min drive). Rumilly 5 min away and all amenities.
