Pleasant two-storey house in the centre, shielded from view and noise, with an enclosed garden. 5 minutes' walk to the shops and the beach, and 20 minutes' drive to the ocean. Ability to park 2 vehicles. On the ground floor, there is a veranda with a relaxation area and a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a TV. As well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds Bathroom and independent toilet. Outside: Garden furniture, a barbecue, bike shelter, etc.

Our 135 m² house is bright, friendly, peaceful, and modern, close to all amenities. It opens onto nature with its 3 large bay windows. You'll feel right at home. The 1700 m² unfenced garden offers plenty of living spaces: shaded areas and 2 wooden terraces facing north and south. Ideally located between Bordeaux, the ocean, lakes, Arcachon Bay, the Dune du Pyla, and Cap Ferret. Ping-pong table, badminton net, and 4 canoes with trailers are available for exploring La Leyre.
