The Cottage

This lovely two bedroom cottage offers accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private and enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. It also boasts a beautiful south facing deck and sunbathing area accessed directly from the French doors in the living room. La Chaumière is set in just over an acre of attractive, mature grounds with a fabulous pool set within the walls of an old barn and stunning views.

Our house is located near Aubeterre, a village ranked among the most beautiful in France, with its monolithic church, beach, restaurants and canoe base. 2 km from the Poltrot nature base with its old water mill, rivers, picnic areas, plant maze, tree climbing, explor games, guinguette and many activities (night market, open-air cinema...
