The 1st floor has a smaller kitchen, media room, and a pool table. Although not ADA compliant, it is handicap accessible, with walk-in showers, an elevator and ramp to the front door. Enjoy sitting in Adirondack chairs on the wraparound deck or relaxing in the hot tub. A short walk over two dunes takes you to a wide, uncrowded beach.
