Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
