The flat had everything we needed, was extremely clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Anna gives perfect directions to the house and parking. She responds quickly to any questions and was so kind to provide coffee and water. This was the perfect flat to enjoy San Felice Circeo, Subadia, and Gaeta. The flat is just a short walk to the old city and the port. Many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores near by. We would definitely return!

It is located in the historic center, in the pedestrian area: the atmosphere is made very lively by the presence of several very nice restaurants and shops. It is ideal for two people, but we stayed in three with our daughter and our kitten and we had a good time. The host was welcoming and met our requests.
