I would definitely recommend this place which is even prettier than in the photos. Spacious, well-equipped and above all very clean, you will have a great stay without problem. Convenience store, restaurant, children's playground, swimming pool in the summer and especially a parking space. the accommodation is close to the city center by car and for those who are not transported, it has buses that pass just below the accommodation. Thank you also to the person who welcomed us and who was very accommodating for check-in time.

Flat is very clean and bright. Convenient location. Isabel is very friendly and responsive. Soundproofing in the building is not so great, so there might be some noise from the neighbours. In spite of that, flat is an awesome find.

The place was great, the beds were very comfortable, we had a good rest, with a double bed and two singles. No noise which allowed us to sleep very well. The attentive host, we asked if he had a clothes iron and he answered us at the moment that he did. Just below I had one MORE supermarket to buy. The perfect location. Highly recommended

I had a lovely 4 night stay in Patricia's apartment. Patricia has obviously put a lot of time and effort into making it a comfortable place for guests to stay. The location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The area of Santa Cruz is very interesting, full of life, with lots going on. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all just a few steps away. The apartment itself though is very quiet, which guarantees a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a convenient base from which to explore all the delights of beautiful Seville, then I would highly recommend Patricia's apartment.

The accommodation fully meets expectations. It's super comfortable and nice. Very well decorated, the muebeles are top quality, modern. We've been very comfortable. Every time we go to Sevilla we will take it very much into account since for location and features it is perfect. Apart, Isabel is a very friendly, polite and caring host. She was very easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

Comfortable and quiet house just minutes from downtown Seville.

We had a fantastic stay in Seville! The apartment was perfectly located—just steps from the Cathedral and surrounded by amazing restaurants, tapas bars, and beautiful historic streets. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Daniel was a truly exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. When a citywide power outage hit one evening, he checked in on us right away to make sure we were okay and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Seville. Highly recommend staying here! Only one small thing: whomever stays in the front (master) room, bring ear plugs because it’s loud! The horse drawn carriages (which are really cool) and the cars/people, on the street in front, make it difficult to sleep if you don’t use them. If you’re used to city noise, it won’t be a problem. Everything else was perfect! 😍

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

Manuel was easy to communicate with. The flat itself is a beautiful old Spanish home with antique furniture and tiles. And it’s set in an idyllic part of Sevilla with beautiful side roads. You are close to quite a few local shops and restaurants and within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the city. It was still a bit chilly for us in March so the heaters came handy. The overall space worked great for our group of 10.

The house is very large and comfortable for 2 families with children. We had problems with the fridge and hot water, but Antonio was very attentive to us. The truth is that we were very comfortable, the upstairs terrace is a treat.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

The accommodation is just as the host describes it. It's been an incredible few days and I've felt right at home. It also allows pets, so I was able to enjoy my dog, since it has green areas that I accessed with her and parks very close by. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommended. We were also able to use the jacuzzi in the private area, which was great. Mariló was charming and always available for any questions that arose.

Well equipped, quiet appartment, near grocery store, 15 minutes to city center. Alicia was utmost friendly, promt communication, which helped us to enjoy our stay in Sevilla. Janez

Very quiet and spacious accommodation, as advertised. Very bright and not overlooked. It is in the city center of Seville, near an urban bus station, which was important to us. Quiet street, with supermarkets and nice bars. The only negative point is that the fridge was making a lot of noise. If you sleep in the living room, it's annoying. You can't hear it from the bedroom.

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

We were delighted to discover this apartment located in the middle of everything! Walking distance to The Real Alcazar, Plaza Espana, Triana, as well as to the very authentic north side. Restaurants, bars, tapas are steps away, yet the apartment is amazingly quiet and private. Perfect getaway for 2!

We’ve been traveling through Europe for three weeks, and this was hands-down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in — not just in Spain, but across the whole trip. The location is perfect — right between old and new Seville, so it’s easy to explore both sides of the city. The space itself is beautiful: a historic building that’s been tastefully updated to feel modern, clean, and super comfortable. Great AC, strong Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water, and a spacious living area with comfy couches. Our host was fantastic — great communication, super responsive and even met us for a smooth check-in despite our late arrival. He also gave us some solid local recommendations that really enhanced our stay. The only small hiccup was that the washing machine wasn’t working during our visit, but the host was upfront about it and already had the part on the way — very apologetic and transparent, which we appreciated. Overall, an amazing stay. Would absolutely love to come back!
