Unique property, located in the best and quietest residential area of the town. Over 500 m² of indoor space. Nestled against the mountain, close to Lake Lácar and the shopping centre, ideal for enjoying all year round. Spacious, bright house that can accommodate up to 12 people. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. Heated swimming pool in winter (between 26° and 30°), separate barbecue area at the back of the property with barbecue, toilet and 70-inch TV. Underfloor heating, wood-burning fireplace, playroom with table football and 75-inch TV.

The two rooms are upstairs each with their own bathroom. There is safe deposit box. Lake Lacar view from the main hab and living room.
