Beautiful apartment in a hostor building, in the center of a quiet little town where you will find restaurants and everything you need to have a quiet recollection, away from the hustle and bustle of large Tuscan towns. Suitable for flooding to Florence, Lucca, Pisa. We do not regret the choice of accommodation.

Walter's apartment was one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. he was super friendly and kind to us and even met us at the bottom hill at san miniato as I was too injured to walk the rest. his apartment is newly renovated and he is so thoughtful and leaves food, beer biscuits etc for his guests. the view from the balcony of the town and mountains is something special, we kept the window open for mos of our stay! the next day his lovely dad even dropped us of at the start of the hike, we could not have asked for a better host

The owners are very forthcoming and helpful, providing clear instructions to check in and assisting when we needed some advice. The property is right in downtown in a very quiet road close to many attractions and restaurants. The balcony has a breathtaking view over the Tuscany hills, especially at sunrise is really amazing. We stayed for three nights on a business/pleasure trip to Tuscany. The location is central enough to reach the most important towns in the region. Besides work we also took an afternoon for Truffle hunting, an experience I recompense to any one in most seasons is possible to do this with a local truffle hunter. We got our prized truffles and enjoyed in our home away from home meal at the property sipping Chianti in our terrace with an amazing view. We were sad to leave, but plan to be back soon for just pleasure and no work :)

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!
