Holiday rentals with a fireplace in San Pietro Island

No problem check-in Mattia was waiting for us and gave us a tour of the apartment with explanations. Mattia is a young owner who seeks to do better to better receive her guests. When we left, he was there and wanted us to give him feedback. Always available and attentive, it was not necessary to contact him. Lots of sightseeing around if you're curious. Very comfortable and functional apartment, well equipped, large, fresh, with a huge terrace overlooking nature for aperos and meals! Domusnovas is a peaceful little town super well located for visiting the south west of Sardinia. Lots of beautiful and very interesting sites 40 minutes around including Cagliari. Sebastiano is a very nice, kind and welcoming host. enough to have a very pleasant time.

We absolutely loved this magnificent house. It’s a vast, airy former monastery on a hill a short walk into Iglesias, which is a charming town. The house is well furnished, peaceful and comfortable. It was a steamy August when we were there but the hillside location meant no mosquitoes. There are gorgeous beaches about 20-30 mins drive away and lots to explore locally. Guglielmo is a great host. We had a fantastic holiday, the house is a winner and we highly recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

Very nice accommodating host, immediately tossed with us at check i. Accommodation was easy to find, Domenico was always reachable by phone. The only drawback, the air conditioning/or the radiant heater did not work. Otherwise nice home Airbnb

Nice, spacious and great location place. You will find everything you need to live there comfortably for days. We really liked it and enjoyed our stay.

Riccardos Place is great to discover the southwest of Sardinia. You can watch the beautiful sunset directly from the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee with seaview as well. The apartment is equipped with all you could ask for a short stay. He was a very friendly and good host.

Apartment as described. Well located close to the port which is very quiet and a beautiful beach 10’ walk away. Also close to the pier for san pietro, charming little island 40’ by boat . The place is quite loud but it didn't bother us at night. The lady who welcomed us is very considerate and pleasant. Massimo is very responsive

Particularly recommended for families, the house is very nice, spacious and super quiet. Gabriella and her husband were really nice. Recommended!

We had a great time! The owners are very helpful and friendly and the house is even more beautiful than it appears in the photo. It is a villa located in a very quiet private condominium area. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a very nice and well-kept garden from which you can enjoy a fabulous sunset on the island of Carloforte and a beautiful starry sky. In the garden there is a barbecue, which we have used twice, a shower, two armchairs, a sofa and a table with chairs. Kitchen is functional and complete with everything. We found the house very clean and tidy. The rooms and in general all the spaces are spacious and fresh. You can comfortably reach the beautiful Big Beach in a 5-minute walk. By car you can reach the village of Calasetta with less than 10 and Sant'Antioco in about 15 minutes. In a maximum of 30 minutes by car you can reach all the places on the island. It was an unforgettable experience and we will be staying again with great pleasure. Thank you!

Everything was spotless ....for me alone I would have preferred a more distant view of the sea or sunrise ....but voila the neighborhood is very quiet, quiet and secure!!!!! Very very nice and beautiful and new tees....oarking very comfortable

Paolo and his wife's place matched our expectations perfectly. It was very clean and Paolo is a very friendly host. The city center is very close on foot for restaurants and a great market is also accessible without a car. We would recommend this listing. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks! Exceptional experience, outside of all expectations: you live in an artistic museum, all decorated by hand. A very pleasant night, if you pass in the area you can't help but stay in this corner of imagination. You have to enjoy the pink. Ps. An ideal house to relax and be quiet, while being able to swim right downstairs in a sublime beach. Very beautiful beaches also 10’drive away. And the isola of San Pietro and its town Carloforte are definitely worth it. A real crush! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Alessandra.

The house is almost perfectly equipped and offered us a great place for a week-long stay with friends. We were able to enjoy the vast outdoor space, especially for our meals. A thank you to Debra for her availability during our stay!

We were there as a family of four in the fall holidays. It was wonderfully quiet, relaxing and beautiful. The temperatures were always between 22 and 25 degrees, so still perfect for swimming in the sea and beach holidays. When we left, the weather got bad. It was a great stay. The villa is located directly above one of the most beautiful beaches in the region (we checked out some) it is a sandy beach very quiet and little noise and people. There is nothing missing for cooking inventory etc. Everything a family needs. A car is recommended as it is about 10–12 minutes by car from the nearest town of Sant Antioco. But by car everything is very easy to reach. A nice cafe with good cake, fine croissants and very good gelati is in the village 15 minutes by car and is called "Profumo di Caffe" We came back ultra-relaxed and thank Emylie Sergio and Riccardo very much for the hospitality and the welcome gift "Grazie per tutti" we'd be happy to come back.

Perfect stay, the location is stunning, the kitchen in snd outdoor adorable!

The house is very quiet and idyllically located on an unpaved road just outside the village, which can still be reached on foot. From the house, through the large panoramic windows and from the terrace, you have a magnificent view over the beautiful landscape to the sea. The house was clean, very well equipped, spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned. Stephanie was always available, the few problems that occurred during our stay (failure of electricity and water supply after a storm) were resolved impressively quickly. We felt extremely comfortable at the place and had a great vacation.

Where do we even start! This place is amazing! The villa is huge! We hired both the ground appartment and also the 1st floor apartment. Even though there was 10 of us, it felt very spacious and we didnt feel crowded. The grounds are vast and the pool is massive. It felt more like a small hotel - lots of rooms and lots of space. Francesco was very helpful and accomodating - even though we do not speak Italian and he did not speak English, we managed to communicate without any problems. We had a perfect week at the villa!!
